Submissions for our journal are currently closed

The Indiana Law Journal closed for submissions for Volume 102

We appreciate your interest in our journal. We will reopen again in February of 2027.

For Authors

We are a general interest publication and invite submissions of unpublished manuscripts between 15,000 and 30,000 words on all topics for Volume 102.

Volume 102 will be published in four Issues from December 2026-May 2027.

Please follow these guidelines:

(1) Attach your article as a Microsoft Word document, not a PDF.

(2) All submissions must include a CV for each author listed.

(3) Attaching a cover letter that explains the significance of your paper is highly recommended.
*** If you used artifical intelligence in drafting your manuscript, please also disclose the extent to which you used these tools in your cover letter.

(4) All submissions should conform with the 22st edition of The Bluebook.
